How I Write
Before all else, I liked to write.
It would've been nice to learn how to use a keyboard first--I owe my mom a lot of nights spent typing my stories down as I dictated them--but I couldn't help it. Writing is probably the only thing I enjoy doing now just as much as I enjoyed doing at four years old.
I'm inspired by music and faces and I see stories and colors, and the only medium that constructs a vivid enough picture of them, for me, is written word. From the creative realm--short stories and longer ones, poems and song lyrics, screenplays and movie reviews and articles and journals--to the practical--essays, lab reports, e-mails and thank-you notes--I've had the joy of writing so much. And whatever I haven't tried yet, believe me, it's on a bucket list doc somewhere.
Here are some samples. Picking just a few was the hardest decision in making this website.
