How I Do Design

I think I've already mentioned that I liked drawing as a kid. I wasn't very good at it.

I topped out around food items with human faces and desktop cartoon doodles, far short of my preferred subject: people (not to mention a straight line every once in a while). So I learned graphic design to fix that, beginning with the simplified mobile versions and then moving on to the more comprehensive desktop editions of the Adobe Suite.

Here's a collection of graphic design that I created for my own use.

Glory Sound Play

Glory Sound Play is my imaginary sports franchise. It always has a real roster; usually my favorite soccer team at the time, but sometimes also my Fantasy Football squad. Every year, I create a fake branding scheme for Glory Sound Play. At first, it was just to practice with Photoshop, but once you do three editions of something, you have to keep going.

This year, we're on Glory Sound Play V.

Yearly Collages

There's already so much going on at the end of every year--midterms and holidays and Spotify Wrapped--so naturally, I make myself even busier with a yearly collage. Here are the most recent three.
